There is a rumor all over the Internet that says:

It makes a lot of sense, and is supposed to replace the theology of
Xenu that was science fiction intended to help the organization of
Scientology look more like a church and help with the tax-exempt status
from the IRS. "The Present" is the real truth, the hidden theological
foundation."
I've always wondered who the real author of "The Present" is. Maybe this is the answer?
